Paul is the Associate Director and Operations Manager, for UCSB Communications Services. He has nearly 30 years of experience as a project and functional manager and team leader in both private industry and public service, as well as more than five years as an instructor for UCSB Extension. He is the Chairperson for the Santa Barbara Project Management Interest Group (SBPMIG). |

Mircea is a Business Analyst for Citrix Online in Santa Barbara. He has more than 10 years of experience as a project manager and team leader for both private and publicly traded companies. A certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute (PMI), Mircea has been an attending member of PMI, Los Padres Chapter, (PMI-LP) for three years. Barbara Guarnieri

Barbara is a Software Product Manager for Pacific Capital Bancorp in Goleta. She has more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology and over 10 years where her primary role is project manager. Her leadership experience spans the private and publicly traded companies; with experience in the following industries, in banking, education, medical manufacturing, the federal government and the military. She is a founding member of the Los Padres PMI Chapter and is currently working on her MBA in Information Technology.
